Depends on sassc-rails? #437

Then why isn't sass-rails just rolled into sassc-rails?

But my problem is that in either case sassc depends on ffi which doesn't want to install.

As to "why" - it reads to me that this is basically now a thin wrapper around sassc-rails, to help with a transition, per: #424
