Camera Flah close issue in nexus and samsung devices.

Hi,

I have used rx camera lib in my project. Flash on and close code is working fine for the Motorola devices, but if i close flash and captured image in Samsung and Nexus devices, it will auto on flash while capturing image. I want to customize flash on and off according to the user requirement before capturing image.
