Include auter in EPEL10

Dear maintainer,

I am writing to you today to ask for the publication of the auter package in the EPEL 10 repository.

As a user of a RHEL 10-based distribution, I find auter to be an essential tool for automating system updates. It reliably and securely manages the entire process, including the crucial step of rebooting a server after a kernel update.

The package is currently available and well-maintained in EPEL for versions 8 and 9. I would be grateful if you would consider publishing it for version 10.

Also, is there a specific reason why the version of auter hasn't been updated since 2019 (version 1.0) ?
