I have an Azure VM running T4 GPU with DirectX extensions, the XBox app runs and I can play games, but dxcam only returns black and sometimes pauses for a very long time until I move the mouse?

Turns out this might be a windows bug and apparently is fixed in Windows 11 24H2.
