To localize PwdHash Sidebar, copy one of the folders inside ./locales/, rename it to the ISO 639-1 code of your language and start translating the strings after "message":. The following languages are a priority

Anything more I need to know before getting into nl and fr? Is this still up to date?
Possibly could get into ar, with some help, but I think that one will require code changes, just like Farsi would (which maybe should also be a prio?), because of RTL. ;)
There's nothing particular to consider. A tool like WET or Translate Web-Ext might be handy, even though I haven't used it myself.
Commited the current strings for German and English, beta versions of Dutch and Spanish and a placeholder of Arabic (ebaa224). Also I tested it a bit, RTL languages should not require any code changes except cosmetic ones in CSS (reversing the order of labels and inputs in widescreen mode).
