More sorting options

By default we sort extensions by most recently released, and #788 adds an option for ascending alphabetical. Here are some others we should add:

• Popularity (ie maven downloads)
• Other popularity metrics (eg GitHub stars, page views, telemetry information ...)
• Z >A
• Most recently updated in repository
• Level of activity in repository/section of repository (we should perhaps exclude ones where we don't have a specific path, or we will always favour some of the Quarkus extensions)
