Resolution of file: paths still failing

We're on [email protected], which looks like it should include #90; but I'm still getting this:

Missing npm packages:

Looks like there's still issues with tar ball paths.

@ELLIOTTCABLE can you confirm if you are using npm or yarn to install dependencies?

Also did you install from fresh or from an existing lockfile?
