Snowflake helper popover for account identifier

Based on feedback from user who couldn't figure out how to create connection.

It's confusing that account identifier doesn't match the account identifier in Snowflake dashboard. In Snowflake dashboard it gives you entire xyz-abc.snowflakecomputing, but we only want them to input the xyz-abc because we append the snowflakecomputing part on our end.

Solution: either don't append the full URL on our end and use the entire identifier from user's dashboard or have a ? popover to explain the correct input.
