Give users AI option to convert complex formulas to Python

Formulas are feature incomplete in Quadratic, making complex Formulas often not possible.

In many of these cases even if a formula were possible, code would be a more straightforward solution.

Whenever the "This feature is unimplemented" error gets popped, consider adding a button for "Convert to Python"
