出现严重乱码

在kchmviewer下出现严重乱码现象，貌似目录是GBK编码，但内容�
��是UTF8编码的。kchmviewer是kde下最好而且是使用范围最广的chm�
��览器，所以辛苦各位dada看看是什么情况了

不过ubuntu下wine的hh打开是有乱码的

还有我用的是最新的5.3,自己编译的,以前php5.2的manual是没乱码
的

全UTF-8的话，Windows的导航就出问题了。

如果不全UTF-8的话，Linux的导航也会出问题。我觉得这个问题�
��根本是,chm的导航应该是可以指定编码的,而制作者可能没有�
��定,所以windows会调用默认的GB2312编码

或者统一GB2312编码,这样windows和linux都能看到
