@hoekphilip thanks for reporting. If you are running QGIS using a Virtual Machine like VMWare, then the issue has been already previously reported at #59436.

Anyway QGIS 3.36 is no longer supported. Please try if the issue does occur running a currently supported QGIS version according to the roadmap and using a new QGIS user profile.
