Description

Add instructions on how users can write a proper filepath URL for Windows, Linux, and Mac users to GRASS documentation. Clicking the "Help" button does not provide an error if the user hasn't defined the filepath to locally hosted documentation.

The default path for GRASS installation on Linux is file:///usr/share/doc/grass-doc/html/
