What is the problem?

The checkmark is ugly. It's this unicode checkmark thing that looks like a cursive comic sans, it doesn't fit with the rest of the application at all. Please use a nicer checkmark.

That's a generic Fusion Qt theme thing, we can't do anything about it.

If you don't like Fusion, just don't use it.
