It seems a common problem that for TCPIP some devices do not like a line termination.
Document this in the quick start

[X ] Closes Reading (query) from TCPIP device always gets Timeout error #410
[X ] Documented in docs/ as appropriate

This feels odly specific for Pyvisa-py documentation. The default stems from pyvisa which has a rather detailed section on configuring termchars :
