🐛 Describe the bug

interpolation, expand, center and fill argument of RandomRotation() accept str, str, str and bool type respectively as shown below:

from torchvision.transforms.v2 import RandomRotation

RandomRotation(degrees=[-90.0, 90.0],
               interpolation="Hello", # Here
               expand="Hello", # Here
               center=["Hello", "World"], # Here
               fill=True) # Here
# RandomRotation(degrees=[-90.0, 90.0], interpolation=Hello, expand=Hello, fill=True, center=['Hello', 'World'])

Versions

import torchvision

torchvision.__version__ # '0.20.1+cpu'

Input validation is typically executed in the kernel, i.e. when an image gets actually transformed.

Try transforming an image with such an object, and you should see relevant error messages. I'll close this issue, but feel free to re-open if you think there are genuine input validation issues
