This project is a python based tool to assess the spatial variability of a site using the Horizontal-to-Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) spectra which represents resonant peaks that can illustrate the site response due to seismic motion at a site.
Reasons for the request
Originally the first version was uploaded with no problems, however, when I added a raster file that I plan on using, it was too large which caused this issue.

Hello @fjornelas 👋
I've set the upload limit for hvspatialpy to 200 MB on TestPyPI. Please be mindful of the frequency of releases at that size.
Have a nice weekend 🚀
