How to reference stored data in the KG

If we run a workflow and annotate it with semantikon, we at some point need to refer to the output data of nodes and workflows in the resulting knowledge graph.

From the perspective of semantikon, there is no intrinsic information of storage sites or the like, e.g. on the function level. Thus, where, when and how do we populate this information in the KG?

One Idea of the pyiron meeting was: If we use pyiron_workflow with bagofholding as backend, we can refer to the output value of any node by a path inside the bagofholding h5 file and the path to this file.

So what we need is a triple for:

• path inside the h5 file (attached to the value node)
• location of the h5 file (attached to the workflow node = knowledge graph node pointing to the workflow?)
• user name or maybe email address (probably also attached to the workflow node)

Anything else?
