I am using a different partitioner than METIS and I want to load my own partition results and create a distributed graph object. The output file structure of the metis partitioner is given in documents but the content of these files (.pt and META.json files) is not. At least I couldn't find them. So, first, is it possible? If it is, then what should be the exact content in these files?

Thank you very much in advance.
