Include two licenses: Data and software

We should implement the possibility to select two licenses

1. Data license for the root folder (e.g. to be included in the Zenodo repository later, typically CC-BY)
2. Software license for the code folder (to be included in the code folder in the repository, typically MIT)

This should also be incorporated in the template folder structure.

This will ensure the usability while also accounted for different needs for licenses of data - addressing primarily ethical aspects - and software - addressing primarily patent aspects.
