`stack_offset` in `with_setting()` documented but not effected

Description

logfire Version: 4.1.0

(Actually this argument is useful because we need to wrap the logger in our system. If can not change offset, it always shows the stack info of the wrapper)

Check the API doc, we see stack_offset in with_setting:

but when we go to the code, it was not used.

Actually it's useful because we need to wrap the logger in our system.
