[贊助] - 簡化官網贊助商資料填寫流程 #508

主要需求：目前贊助商提供網頁素材（文案、logo、徵才資訊等等）後，組員會先在 staging 後台填寫，確認沒問題後再去 prod 填寫一樣的內容。雖然可以複製貼上，不過如果可以有個類似「也發佈到 prod」的 toggle 的話就只需要填寫一次會更方便些。
issue 目標：簡化未來贊助組當有新的贊助商時，能夠透過簡便的操作流程，自行增加新的贊助商資料。
