Make flyers
Put up in all the places, cyberspace-wise and meatspace-wise
including py-cu.org

Other possible advertising venues:

http://engage.illinois.edu/adding
WPCD (Parkland College radio) -- not sure if it's free, but I've heard them do ads for other seemingly non-profity things

Change flyer colors:

Red to Python-logo-yellow
Currently-blue text to Python-logo-blue
White text to black

Also make a version friendly for black-and-white printing
