Support sqlformat-rs

What do you think if we support sqlformat-rs?

It would be easy to add that support, but I'm starting to think it would be better to have small separate packages for each of these reformatter programs. That's kinda why I made the reformatter package, which sqlformat uses under the hood. I think the ergonomics are better if you can simply enable, say, sqlformat-rs-on-save-mode rather than to enable sqlformat-on-save-mode and configure sqlformat.
