User story

As an operations engineer, I want the output of the View Veeam Backup List playbook on Tower to export to a document type where I can clean and share the data (e.g. .csv, .xls)

Acceptance criteria

Basic goal:
I can run a report that generates output to a .csv that I can download.

Implementation notes, if any

Related to #5262 and adds an enhancement.
