Version 2 - video upload feature not supported on MacOS Catalina - Safari Browser

Currently on Safari browser of MacOS Catalina:

When the upload button is clicked, all video selections listed in the file list are disabled (greyed out) and thus are not available for selection.

We would like to use this space to collect information on the video upload functionality of other Mac operating systems.

This issue will soon be updated with the interface link and instructions on how to test this feature on your Mac operating system.

Per a 2014 post on stack overflow, the bug has not been patched or fixed and still exists today and this behavior appears to be isolated to Safari 13.0.2 and macOS Catalina.
