I tried to install bio-embeddings by pip:
pip install -U "bio-embeddings[all] @ git+https://github.com/sacdallago/bio_embeddings.git"
and get following error:
AttributeError: module 'jsonschema' has no attribute 'Draft7Validator'
I am using Python 3.6 on Ubuntu.
