view server files for suspended server #5376

Is there an existing feature request for this?
- I have searched the existing issues before opening this feature request.
Describe the feature you would like to see.
The feature should have access to server files and backups, even tho it is already suspended.
Even if it would only be for admins (or a setting in the admin section)
Describe the solution you'd like.
since you are already able to click on the server while it is suspended, it would be nice if you click on "files" or "backups" to download existing files & backups, but not create/upload new ones
