Add posibility of select regions and complience to scan in prowler app

New feature motivation

In the Prowler CLI, there is the possibility to select the compliance and the region using -f 'eu-west-1' --compliance ens_rd2022_aws. Would it be possible for this to be available in the app?

Hello @mlophez, that is on the current Prowler roadmap, we are working to have all Prowler's CLI arguments and flags available via API, we will update this thread once it is ready.
