ec2_securitygroup_not_used check fails for default security group in v3

We are in the process of upgrading to Prowler version 3 and the ec2_securitygroup_not_used check is failing due to the default AWS security groups not being used anywhere.

We were not seeing this in version 2, as it appears there was a specific case for the default security groups so that they would not fail, and they were logged as informational instead: https://github.com/prowler-cloud/prowler/blob/2.12.1/checks/check_extra75
