Add recurring payments support for Formidable Forms

We received an inquiry about recurring payments with Formidable Forms. This is currently not supported, but we do support the same for Gravity Forms. However, the customer prefers using Formidable Forms:

The advantage of Formidable Forms is that you have the choice of a repeater field by default. In addition, there are a number of visuals more beautiful, there are nice technical extras and they have a standard function for white label.

From customer (in Dutch):

Wij hebben een Formidable formulier met daarop twee betalingsmethoden: iDeal en Incasso via iDeal.

De betaling via iDeal verloopt goed, dus tot zover geen probleem. Kies je echter voor incasso dan wordt je niet omgeleid naar je bank om de opdracht goed te keuren, maar krijg je de gewone "bedankt" melding van Formidable. Bij Mollie staat het aan en via de plugin zie je ook een groen vinkje bij Incasso via iDeal.

Voor de incasso optie gebruiken we deze waarde: pronamic_pay_direct_debit_ideal
