Is it not just a matter of providing the exact same details if you want to have all the 'green dots'? I don't think it is necessary to provider the exact same details from our payment test, as in reality the payment data will also depend on which plugin integration is used.
The 'Waarde' column already shows which data is being passed, which is more helpful than a 100% match of test data IMO.
It's currently not possible to enter a gender or birth date from the test meta box. Maybe we can also come up with something to easily use the Pay.nl test data. A simple JavaScript driven button or link somewhere in the test meta box with "fill fields with Pay.nl test values" for example. I do see opportunities to further improve the integration, but definitely not a priority for now.
As seen in pronamic/wp-pronamic-pay#145 (comment) Pay.nl expects certain test values.
