Add .net 9 and aspire 9 support

As a user, I'd like to add .net 9 support.

Does Aspire .NET 9 now support deploying to Kubernetes via kutomize or helm?

Aspir8 is working well in my environment with .NET 9, even though it hasn’t been updated to .NET 9 yet.

I’m using kustomization.yaml files to replace the necessary values, allowing the Aspire dashboard to be upgraded to .NET 9 for example.

binding mounts are not working though, have you found a solution for that?
