Description:
The TC-OPCREDS-3.2 test case is appearing twice in the UI, although it is not duplicated in the PICS tool. This inconsistency might cause confusion during testing.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Navigate to the UI section where the TC-OPCREDS-3.2 test case is listed.
• Observe that TC-OPCREDS-3.2 appears twice in the UI.
• Validate the PICS using the PICS tool and confirm that TC-OPCREDS-3.2 is listed only once.
• Check that only one script is available without uploading PICS.

Expected Result:
The TC-OPCREDS-3.2 test case should be listed only once in the UI.

Actual Result:
The TC-OPCREDS-3.2 test case is displayed twice in the UI, despite only one instance being present in the PICS tool and script.

Impact:
This could lead to confusion during test execution and validation processes.

Suggested Fix:
Investigate and resolve the cause of the duplicate listing in the UI to ensure it reflects the correct number of test cases.
