gba games can't recognize the gyroscope

Yoshi Topsy - Turvy can't recognize the 3ds's build-in gyroscope which is necessary for the game. Is there a chance to fix it? Truly grateful for your continuous efforts!

Unlikely. When not in NATIVE_FIRM, most 3DS-specific hardware is either shut down or in compatibility modes.

The problem isn't so much that i can't use the gyroscope but how to make the game communicate with the outside to get the gyroscope data. This will require patches but it's not impossible.

OK. It seems that only two games require the gyroscope on GBA. Not a high priority, but hope it'll be possible one day. Thanks for your answers.
