Ultimately, we will need numeric identifiers for each collection; for now we are just using the prefix in the syntax specified by Michel, but with "id": "pc/HP".

Nevertheless, it would be useful to have the id field (whatever it is) appear at the top of the json stanza in the harmonized output. Won't matter to the machines, but I have a hard time making sense of it otherwise. I've deprioritized for now, just capturing for later.

The json stanzas are now ordered correctly, but we still need to mint numerical identifiers (e.g. pc/1) for each source
