Ultimately, we will need numeric identifiers for each collection; for now we are just using the prefix in the syntax specified by Michel, but with "id": "pc/HP".
Nevertheless, it would be useful to have the id field (whatever it is) appear at the top of the json stanza in the harmonized output. Won't matter to the machines, but I have a hard time making sense of it otherwise. I've deprioritized for now, just capturing for later.
