Describe the issue:

After user has used Positron for a while, they may want to return it back to a default/blank state, especially after making lots of modifications to pane locations and to displays. I had trouble finding an easy, straightfoward way to bring Positron back into a default state.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Make changes to pane locations in Positron. If you want, also make changes to modes and bar locations.
  2. If you want to send things back to how they were when you first opened Positron, it's cumbersome.

Expected or desired behavior:

Easy way to reset Positron back into a "tabula rasa" state, while preventing accidental resets.
