Option for opening CSV files with Excel

It would be great if there were an option to open CSV files in Excel instead of the text editor or data explorer. I couldn't find an option to add additional apps for files.

I believe there are some extensions that provide this kind of functionality. I haven't tried any of them myself, but check out, for example, this one: https://open-vsx.org/extension/YuTengjing/open-in-external-app
