PKIX path building exception for Portfolio Performance stock price update

Describe the bug
For stocks, where historical price update is configured to use Portfolio Performance, no price updates are retrieved. Last historic price is from Sept 03, 2024.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Wertpapiere'
2. Right click on a stock where Portfolio Performance is configured for price update
3. Select 'Kurse > Debug: Serverantwort anzeigen"
4. Click on 'Details >>'
5. Error message: 'PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target'

Expected behavior
Update stock price.
