Detailed size and canvas mode #145

Hi,
In the configuration file, there are 2 sets of variables for graphs dimensions.
One is for the height of the graphs in the overview, the other is for the detailed graphs.
However, when using the canvas mode, the detailed view size is set by the general setting and the detailed setting doesn't change anything.
