"Pay What You Want" should be more encouraging

I like the Gumroad version better. It encourages customers to think whether they want to pay more.

I generally set a minimum price, but I still want to let users pay more if they want. Some do.

So I request:

• That the input field is not filled out and editable without having to click "Change".
• That it says the minimum price in the placeholder with +.
• That it says something like "Name a fair price" or let us specify the text.

Nitpick: Would be nice if it could drop the zeros when it's a whole number.

$4.00 minimum => $4 minimum

Same in the input field for the default amount.

And would be nice if the stepper increased by $1 instead of $0.1.
