Customize colors and text?

Hello, 
Thank you for creating this wonderful tool! 
I was wondering whether there is a way to:
1. Customize the color choices for the clinical annotations? (For example, if one had a clinical annotation "Sex" and wanted to set "Female" to red and "Male" to blue?
2. Change the font and font sizes?
