I've already managed to do gulp serve. But it's not showing in the context menu.
It's opening the link
what am I supposed to put here?

Thanks for taking your time to create an issue here 😊

When you're serving using gulp serve, are you including the config paramater? i.e gulp serve --config=betterVersionHistory

You should also update that URL in your screenshot to ideally point to a listview, something like https://tenant.SharePoint.com/sites/sitename/Lists/List/AllItems.aspx
