Bug report: spo page header set. The command adds a new header instead of updating the existing one. #6542

(Low) Something is a little off

Description

In the new setup, running the command on a page with an existing header adds a new one.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have the page (article layout) with an existing header.
  2. Run the spo page header set command.
  3. Verify the result to check for two headers.

Expected results

The command should update the existing header.

Actual results

The command adds a new header.
