When notemine was originally drafted, it was written with determinism in mind (created_at remains unchanged through mining process)

However, NIP-13 suggests to refresh timestamp. Reasoning here is to avoid a note becoming stale and being rejected by relay policies.

In notemine I'm making the deterministic behavior optional.

Just thought I would mention it since you may have inherited this behavior.
