CQL2 Text Support

Is this repo open to outside contributors? Ive been working with it and have written a cql2 text parser that utilizes the AST of the filter package. Ideally Id like to see this repo support both json and text cql2 formats.

I have my code ready in a local branch but am receiving a 403 error when I try to push to the remote origin. I believe this is probably due to settings for this repo on who is allowed to push:

Following up after a long while. I've just created my own repo here which can handle parsing cql2-text into the AST used in this repo. It also contains some convenience methods for building cql2 queries.

Thanks for the update, @robert-malhotra. Your cql2-text module looks nice.

I may try to make time to add in cql2-text parsing, so I'll leave this issue open for now.
