Fixes for new Coalition Publica content

These may be split out into separate issues later on, just flagging them now so they don't get lost.

[ ] Copyright/license statement in French as well as English
[ ] standardize the name as "Coalition Publi.ca OJS Integration Guide"
[ ] Review and update for OJS 3.1.2-2 (especially for French translation), and eventually for 3.2.
[ ] Add French screenshots instead of re-using English
