Held Notes Not Registering Properly

So I have a bug where the notes wouldn't hold for the correct amount of time listed in the code.
The first "C+1" was only held for a little under 2 seconds
While "D+1" was held for 7 seconds instead of 3.5 seconds.
The last "C+1" was never played at all.

I'm having a similar issue, but with a midi file. I've tried formatting it so that there are no overlapping notes, but I've still run into problems.

Track 1 is for the Lute/Guitar
Track 2 is for Vocals

Some notes don't end until another begins, double notes... nope. (one note ends and the other begins in the same tick.) Some notes don't even end at all. For example, the end note after the second vocals part doesn't release until the next note plays 14 seconds later!

I'm using v1.4, with expanded keyboard
