Add Concept of a Talk Image #70

We should introduce the option for a talk to have an image associated with it.

This we could provide - could be a photo from the meetup, the slide title screen etc.

It would then allow us to get some more images onto the website - for example the showcase talks could show them to help break the list up a bit
