Talks page

We have a nav item for it that I copied from the current site, but we currently have no page generator for a talks listing page like http://phpsw.uk/talks.

Are we going to have one, or just the links on each event? If not, I'll remove the link.

We do have #15, but then no issue for a single talk page layout.

I think we don't have a page that lists all talks (they'll be too many). Perhaps we have a headline flag on talks that are highlight talks. Talks that were seminal talks, e.g. Marco's defensive programming talk. Only the talks with the headline flag set to true are shown on the talks page. This can be an enhancement for later. For now I suggest dropping that page.
