I'm using Ansistrano (https://ansistrano.com) for deploying to my test site.

Have we decided about deploying the site to the main server? If useful, I can commit it to the main repo so it can be used?

I'm good with this. I use Ansistrano on some other projects, would be happy for it to be used here.
